Silver Porsche 991 GT3 RS with HRE R101 19" Wheels and StreetCup Track Package



We just wanted to share this stunning Silver 991 GT3 RS that was delivered to our facility to get our full BBi StreetCup treatment. This upgrade package includes our full BBi Autosport monoball control arms, springs, exhaust, and lightweight 19" HRE R101 forged monoblock wheels to reduce unsprung weight. Here are some before & after pictures that we would like to share.

For the first stage of upgrades, we will install our BBi StreetCup Track Suspension Package to improve the handling. This package upgrades the factory springs with an improved linear rate springs and replaces the factory arms and links with the our billet arms that uses spherical bearings.

• Left & right hand threaded rodends allow for simple length adjustment to eliminate swaybar preload
• Correctly sized, precision, Teflon-lined rod-ends for smooth and quiet operation, long life, and high reliability. No wear and rattling problems, like those seen with other designs, due to undersized or low quality rod ends
• Eliminates the factory compliant plastic drop link bushings that deflect under loading and quickly wear out
• High misalignment, stainless steel spacers allow for superior bind free operation and corrosion resistance
• Precisely connects the stock or adjustable swaybar to the front strut assembly for improved feedback and swaybar response
• Overall length is adjustable to accommodate either stock or adjustable swaybar requirements

• Spacers included for setting stock or anti-squat and anti-dive configurations

• Provides two eccentric mounting points
• Used to adjust for increasing or decreasing wheelbase, and adjustable caster.
• A must-have for extended lower control arms (GT3 control arms or eccentric monoballs) to correct for unintended caster change
• Eliminates factory rubber bushings for improved suspension feedback

After the supension and power upgrades are in, we installed our Safety Package which includes Bolt-in Roll Bar, Sub-Strap Mount, and Shroth 6 point harnesses to properly secure the driver and provide additional protection.

If you have the optional Sport Bucket seats and planning to install 6-point race harnesses, then you will need this bracket. Shown here as a pre-production example, this bracket bolts directly to the seat and keeps the harnesses at the proper 10-20° angle regardless of the seat position.

Features

• 1.625" x 0.095" 4130 chrome moly steel tubing utilized for excellent strength to weight ratio
• TIG welded and utilizes "X" braces on both front and rear sections for superior strength and rigidity
• Mounts to frame structure (utilizing factory bolts) to provide strongest mounting points and maximum protection
• Utilizes laser cut mounting plates & inner diameter tube clamps that are CNC turned and milled for a precise fit
• Designed to work with stock seats or any aftermarket seats on the market
• Allows full seat travel to accommodate taller drivers
• Can be used with stock seat belts or 6 point harnesses for track use

To reduce 40 pounds of weight and deliver an aggressive exhaust note, we swapped out the bulky OEM side mufflers with our BBi StreetCup Exhaust Bypass pipes as the last stage of upgrades.

Sweet build...could you PM me a break down list of prices + hours of labour required?

Also, with the 19", do the BBS wheels clear PCCB rotors and do they cause any issues with the traction/stability control given that the front to rear rolling circumference ratio is slightly off?

I really want 19" but have PCCB...
