super happy with those bolters. The stitching is a perfect match.
Interestingly .1 bolster must be bigger/longer than the .2 bolster because I can’t get a tight fit with the bolster covers. Seems like there is some slight excess length when trying to fit them on my 2018

there is a slight trick to get the front bolster to sit back a little
I need to do a video or a pictorial
As per the install picture ( of old) the new leather is a bit softer and so it goes back a little more
As for the back piece ... it looks a bit long and a little to tight hence the wrinkles ?

No worries. Looks perfect from the outside.

Is there a trick to getting the front piece a little tighter underneath the "grip handle?" Mine is also a little long on my 2018 and is bunching up quite a bit by the seatbelt passthrough and the top edge seems to be about one cm too long and is starting to wrinkle because it is folding down.
