Can't seem to find the answer anywhere. How many 991 GT3 RS were built or are they still building?

Last estimate was 1100-1200 units till end of July for USA. Around 3000 in total ROW. The car is being built until mid December (latest build slot we know). Bank on around 16-1700 unit for USA and 4000-4200 total for planet earth....

i do have in mind regarding 991.1:
GT3 below 3.000ww
GT3RS above 6.000ww

997 RS were each (3.6 same as 3.8l) around/below 2.000 units ww.

my guess above fits to all the dealers i spoke to - who said they delivered 3-4times more 991 RS compared to 997 RS.

Relevant number for U.S. is U.S. Right hand drive cars irrelevant.

ROW 4000 sounds high to me regardless.

RS production still below demand. . RS much more desireable and demand pool much larger then non RS.

Hello guys,from where your have this information...
Go and ask from your Porsche dealer and they need to tell you the answer of this question.
991 RS is not limited run by number but it is limited run by production time.How many cars will be produced we will know in October but it will be under 2500 worldwide.
For me my dealer told that this is the fact!

Your fact is wrong. Go find the other thread in this forum. USA published numbers in May were over 800 delivered with around 100 arriving each month. Look for MJones monthly production posts. Another thread people from Taiwan and HK explain there markets already land 100 each. nZ and Australia and UK we have good information on total delivered. Canada is easy too.

There have already been over 2500 991RS delivered to customers world wide. Last deliveries to customers will be Feb based in cars made Dec.

991 RS production will be higher than GT3 for this generation guaranteed. Or else o buy you lunch when I visit...

This is all like "speculation..."
If you will go to your Porsche dealer and ask how many 991RS cars are produced,what will be the answer? They don't know? I don't believe!
I asked from my dealer and the answer was 2500 or less.Are they are laying? Let's see...

This is a rerun of the 964 C2 vs RSA days! The really rare RSA was produced in larger numbers than the lowly C2. However, a beautiful C2 usually sells for half of a similar miles/ condition RSA. Go figure!
