Mega happy with Yana. She is awesome and super nice and knowledgeable. One thing not noted here is that they cover different parts of the country. Yana is (or at least was when I was talking to her) east coast.

Going through exclusive for a build now. Odd that they only have one exclusive manager for the country. Even if they do there should be a backup. Mine is off sick or something, so my build cannot be completed until they are back in the office tomorrow. At least he's expected back in the office tomorrow. Build also locks tomorrow. So a little concerned.
