The 991.1 GT3 was already super when it comes to value retention. My friend just wholesaled his white 15,000 mile 2015 GT3 with an MSRP of around $143K to a Porsche dealer two months ago for $125K, and that was before we heard about there being no more MY 2019 and no more NA engines forever. That car was bought for inventory and sold a week or two later for a healthy profit. If anything, the 991.1 GT3 now will be even stronger now that everybody realized there will be no more NA engine. Given that data, how strong do you think the new and used market is and will be for the 991.2 GT3, especially manual? And then the Touring Package which is even rarer.

The ADM for .2 GT3 is actually helping boost .1 GT3 prices. Quite a few GT3 buyers are balking at ADM inflated prices and are rationalizing buying a .1 GT3 as the difference on paper (.2 PDK - to - .1 PDK) aren't overly significant. The market for .1 GT3 will drop meaningfully when the market for the .2 GT3 normalizes. Until then, a .1 GT3 at $140K looks mighty appealing vs. an ADM bloated .2 GT3 at $199K+.

Agree, as this describes me. Wanted a .2 manual but wouldn’t pay the ADM. Bought a .1 certified pre-owned with 5k miles because looked like an incredible deal. But not just compared against the .2. Prices are coming down to level of a new C2S and new GTS.

It will be just like a stock market. The current conditions will dictate the current price. But the number of GT3, is usually, less than the total demands.
