Alternative to 991 GT3?
Is there anything like this?
1. Same kind of money or cheaper.
2. Street legal and good looking.
3. As fast on track or faster.
4. Having AT.
5. Available to order new at MSRP with no drama.
6. Reliable.
Thank you!

I came from BMW M3 and this is what I would get instead.
I know that performance is on a different level but honestly I have never driven an easier car than M3. Tons of fun, predictable, appropriate performance and low cost.
The best part about M3 is that you can put your family in there, some luggage go for a trackday and call it a day.

There is no way an M4 can compete with a GT3. It has several hundred additional pounds on it. GT3 is NA, revving to an an incredible 9k rpm, where M4 is FI.
On the mobile but a good yardstick would be to compare it's Nurburgring time to that of some of its competition.

Get Viper ACR-E and be done with it. Meets all of your criteria except AT. Viper has a true, proper 6 speed, with three pedals on the floor. Imagine that......

Wanted to suggest the M4 GTS, but didn't think the markup is so heavy, the cheapest on mobile.de is at 245k EUR
I thought they were at around 140k EUR list and 20k EUR markup would be acceptable from my point of view..
I think your best bet would be a 911TT with some further mods if required.

I guess a Viper or vette. Although those don't do much for me. All the bmw cars suck these days.

AMG GTS with Renntech chip and a slight drop and Cup 2's.

For a little more I would look into a Preowned Ferrari 458. They all came with the 7 year maintenance warranty. I will be adding one to my garage by next summer!

We do not have a Ferrari dealership in our country, so maintenance would be a pain. Also GT3 is already too "flashy".
I certainly don't want to track a car with MSRP much bigger than GT3.

I spent a lot of time (months) weighing this question before I bought my GT3. I took a long look at the Turbo, and liked it a lot - except for the styling. The GT3 just crushes it IMO. Also looked at the Z06, which is a lot of car for the money. But my heart just wasn't in it. Too many on the road. I also thought it was way overpowered. Test drove a Camaro. No visibility killed it for me. Viper never caught my eye. The M3 was okay, but I had no emotional attachment to it. Looked at a 997 GT3, but my left knee isn't the best, and that clutch was stiff. Felt a bit too raw to me, tbh. But my last car was a Lexus, so ymmv.
Never looked at Ferarri, Lambo or McLaren.
I stretched to get the GT3 because it checked all the boxes. Nothing even came close.
