David, don't you mean Porsche is handed the win after the Toyota stopped with 3 min left?
Agreed, I'd like to see a little more class and humility. First year car and Toyota had them all covered. Even the mighty Porsche. Porsche as a company handled it with pure class. Lot's of great tweets from drivers, heads of Porsche. There is a great clip of all of Porsche corporate giving the Toyota team and drivers a 5 minute standing ovation in Porsche's hospitality suite...
Oh, and Porsche was soundly handled in GTE PRO and AM. There is plenty of work to do..

Seems to me that PAGs effort was half hearted. Only two factory cars and they both retired. Based on the GTE AM results a more vested effort by PAG likely could have reaped better results. Fielding only two cars tells me they put in a half effort. Also no excuse for the cars to fail so early. They were leading early then fell back.
Porsche lack of effort in GTE was frustrating. Maybe they put so much $ in LMP they looked at GTE as a throw away.
Too bad because the RSR is competitive with the field.
