Default What's the real risk of driving around with no plates?

I hate the way plates look on my car and it got me wondering. What if I just kept my plate in my glove box, get pulled over and maybe get a small non moving violation. Am I missing something? I occasionally see cars, albeit usually exotics, drive around with no plates or temporary plates.

What's the worst that could happen? I don't really speed and don't otherwise break laws.

I'm talking about not having a front or rear plate.

I think you'll get pulled over a lot with no rear plate. No front place is a much less frequent hassle, depending on your area. Have to pay the tax once in a while.

Marv you're not even getting creative with your troll threads anymore. C'mon put some effort into it.

I hope you've fixed the engine knocking first before attempting to drive around with no plates.

MARV, MARV, MARV ......

Save the ticket $$$ for a set of tires when you need them. Or motor oil?

Or you can do this:

https://www.yahoo.com/news/latest-st...se-plates.html

Might need a few more suga momma's though

Why don't you PM them and find out their "secret"

Better yet, just get a personalized plate that reads "Boy Toy", "MARV", or "COUGAR LVR"

$10 if you fix it and waste time getting it signed off within 20 days. $115 if you just pay the fine.

20 years I've never run a front plate. Zero tickets.
