You won't know what it will do until you try. Need some wind tunnel time. I think the diffuser would reduce lift without much extra drag like increasing the wing angle would?

However I think the diffuser will be a long time coming from parts if they even sell it without an R vin.

Yes. Was at the auto show when it was announced. Saved it when I saw it online.

Looks so minimal, surprised it offers any downforce at all?

I guess it does suck the rear down and gives downforce.

Between that and the active rear spoiler, it does the trick. I'm sure exactly as the GT3.

What's the projected price of this piece? I have a Werks1 carbon diffusor on my 997TT. Looks plain gorgeous. I suspect if Porsche wants a pretty penny for this 911R piece, Champion and do one under the Werks1 line?

I wonder if it might be possible to just add these four bits (highlighted in purple) to the existing cover. Looks like they just widened the area on either side and added a four little fins.

Here's a GT3 for comparison:

My ACR sits much lower than a 911R and has a much bigger diffuser. I don't think this will cause many issues unless people are jumping their cars in rallycross

Just watch out for speed bumps. Would think you would be good otherwise.

More time in the shop and less time behind the wheel is all.
