2015 owners - PDK Sport...?

Perhaps nothing wrong at all with car, but communication between drivers. 😄
Could he have meant PDK-Sport does not work with paddles?
PDK is AWESOME in regular auto or manual.
In Auto use the throttle to shift. It loves to work for u.
PDK-Sport is almost unbelievable. Ridiculously Sensational on the track.
So far Nùrburgring, Laguna Seca, and Thunderhill, double thumbs approved.
If he's missing out on PDK-S, he'll be in heaven when he finds it.

Agree with others that owner should take the car in to have it looked at - mine is a '15 and it works just fine. Pop it in D, and set to PDK-Sport and you're all set. While it does a tremendous job of upshifting and downshifting, there are occasions where I believe it could go a gear lower on the downshift (for example the Carousel at Mid-Ohio). That happens because 1) I don't brake hard enough to have it engage a lower gear and 2) (related), my speed hasn't slowed enough. In either case all I need to do is pull the downshift paddle to engage the lower gear (at the right moment as to not upset the balance of the car), and then I can shoot out of the Carousel with the proper torque. When you engage the paddles in PDK-Sport (in auto) it will resume auto and not default to manual (I really like that).
