I think that's the actual hard door handle, which has stitching...
Door pulls don't have stitching, regardless of color.

If you'd like wheels painted in a non standard color my understanding is you must first spec the wheels in silver and then pay to have them painted the color of your choice ? Seems like I recall around $4300 total ? Mirrors and wing end plates ? - maybe $1200 - $1300 for each ?

That number for PTS wheels sounds about right. I've seen $4750 (but for another model). AFAIK PTS wheels are not an automatic approval from Porsche either. It may also take a few weeks to get the green light, assuming they even say yes.

If you order the leather steering wheel instead of the alcantara, does it also get the deviated stitching in the same color? I know that ordering the leather steering wheel on the RS usually defaults the stitching color to black.
