Help: PDK Right Paddle Making noise when shifting
Yesterday i noticed this sound while driving so i took a video when i got home (video is attached). It has nothing to do with the carbon fiber extensions on the paddles because the left paddle just feels like the shift is much smoother.
I think it is a spring, do i need to get this fixed? I don't mind the click if it is fine to keep as is but if it can lead to bigger damages down the line (for example it just won't up shift anymore) then i would like to fix it.
Feedback is appreciated and thank you for your time!

i am terrified that if i take it in they will notice my headers and put some note in the system to void my warranty
i guess i can use the shifter until i grow the ***** to take it into Porsche
actually i just noticed i have the service manager on what'sapp, i will send him the video via what'sapp and see what he says

there is an extra click on the right paddle compared to the left, i am worried to take my car in because here any signs of modification will lead to a warranty void issue

You could buy an RS wheel, or I'll sell you my stock one lol.

I'd just take it in. I'm not entirely sure what you're saving your warranty status for; if there ever is any other issue you need warranty for, your concern would be the same, and you'd never actually utilize the warranty. Modifying puts the warranty on the line, nature of the beast. You could buy an RS wheel, or I'll sell you my stock one lol.

Yup. There's a thread on here created by someone that did the swap. Suncoast sells the wheel:

Dealer is giving me a new wheel under warranty but advised me not to put the extensions back on. I doubt it is due to them i think it is just a coincidence.
MA Carbon was nice enough to agree to refund me in full once i ship it back to them. I will miss the extensions but to be honest they felt like the devil on my shoulder always wanting me to go faster to use the paddle shifter lol it just gave more of a race feeling / look with them, dunno how to explain it
Also paddles felt heavier so it made it feel more engaging i guess
