I haven't used mine in a while, but iracing is what I have mostly used, with a playseat and G27 wheel.
My seat is this one.

I got this setup last August. It's from a German company called Fanatec. Very high quality materials and construction and very precise and solid in operation. With shipping the entire setup...cockpit, seat, servo base, wheel, and pedals was about $3300. I already had the monitor.
It can be ordered to work any of the gaming platforms (XBOX One, PS4, PC) and is available with many add-ons and options including different wheels, shifters, multiple monitor stands, etc. I've been frustrated with the operation and reliability of other simulator setups I've owned; this is far and away the best I've experienced....for under $49,000.

Sim Seats iRacing Pro Package - approx. $5500 - $6000 depending on options and seat. Highly recommend! It's great to learn new tracks.

Xboxone, forza 6. - Fanatec wheel, base and pedals and RS 1 seat. I have it on dollies so I can move it to a closet when I'm not using it. It's hooked up to a 90' sharp tv and 7.2 sound.

I run a Fanatec wheel/hub and simexpereince rig/pedals.
Been contemplating upgrading to a leo bodnar wheel, vesaro rig and VR head set. I think VR will be a huge step for it to really get the experience dialed in without spending $30k+
