Bless your heart JimmyD. I didn't mean to do that!! I was just trying to become inconspicuous in traffic in town. I would promptly put the wing back on when I needed the performance! Now how can you call that being neutered! It will regain its masculinity when it needs it the most!

That looks really good. The duck-tail actually looks better than the 911R sloped back end.

Agreed! I feel a little self conscious driving around in a garden variety GT3, this is the best of both worlds...as long as you can easily reattach when you need to

I wonder if there is a need to put a seal in the space created by removing the wing. I can't see the gap on the UV GT3RS in the photo that shows its rear side view.

To each their own but I'm not really liking that

If that's wrong, I don't want to be right.

Porsche puts a lot of R&D into aerodynamics. Removing this could adversely affect the balance of the car. If it bothers you, I would buy another car for DD duties.

It does not look that bad wingless but I love wings as long as they are tasteful. The RS just borderlines it for me where the GT3 is just perfect how it is integrated and GT4 looks pretty good.

We all see things differently. But, I doubt OP will be flying under the radar with his RS by just removing the wing.
The 991rs still stands out from the crowd.

I'd say this car looks more expensive without wing. So probably even more attention.

You're going to draw more attention without wing than with..
Hopefully you'll never have the urge to drive fast and go full liftoff..

Thought about a TTS with straight exhaust?
