Default Need help with noise

I noticed my RS makes a high pitch squeaking noise at low to medium speeds. It sounds like it's coming from the wheels. Almost sounds like the brake pads are rubbing on a warped rotor. The speed of the interval seems to increase or decrease relative to speed. The car only has 700 miles, so probably not a rotor issue. My 14 GT3 had the same issue, but I never had it looked at. Anyone else have the same issue? The sound becomes very apparent when you are driving alongside a wall.

Maybe just brake pads. They stuck to the rotors somehow.

PCCB's or Steel? I would jack up the car and rotate the wheels and see what you find.

I get a similar noise with a slight vibration coming from the front when turning at slow speeds sometimes. It's sounds like it's the brake pads too me. My car has PCCBs.

Default Same issue on my RUF

Have a rubbing noise from driver's side back tire up to 30 MPH. Were you able to resolve?

Default Low Speed Squeak

I know it's old but has anyone found out the cause of their squeak? 2013 C4S just went into dealer for service - turned out rear axle needed to be replaced - and now I have an annoying squeak / squeal at low speeds. It only happens under 10 mph and tends to arise when I'm stopped ( in bumper to bumper NYC west side highway traffic ) and I apply slight gas to move - bang, I hear the squeal and it speeds up along w/ the wheel speed. Once I hit the brakes or go over 10 mph, it is gone. Rear brakes were serviced about 6 mos ago and I have to be honest, I don't know exactly what was done- rotors and pads replaced ? But it was expensive. Dealer looked at car - said everything was fine- I told them no it's not fine and went to show them - of course, I could not reproduce the squeak. Now that I think of it, I've only heard the squeak after about 30 min of driving so that could have been the issue. Also, I have to have windows down and usually, next to a divider or the like to bounce the sound back to me. This is driving me absolutely insane. I've searched and some say it could be "pad drag" or something stuck in the rotors. I've power washed the brakes and no diff but maybe I have to take the wheel off. Not sure I would know what I was looking for anyway. Thanks in advance. Anyone have some ideas ?
