I had the same experience trying to get a response from ClearPlex. I live in Houston and found a "dealer" (Off of 59 South) that installs ClearPlex. From my experience, it was all custom cut to fit - they didn't use any pre-cut templates.

Do a search. There is a thread in here and the classifieds for precision autowerks selling them with a rennlist discount. Now you will need to find a local installer. But someone who has tinting and PPF experience should have no problem installing
