More RS Allocations on their way

This is why all the speculation and headlines about a 991.2 GT3 with a 7MT option was so surprising to me.
And why I wanted to know where the quote from Andreas Preuninger confirming a 7MT was coming for the next iteration of the GT3.

Just getting up to speed for RS cars and excited to see that more allocations are on the way. What is the general going rate above MSRP for an allocation (not sure about PTS yet) these days?

Spyder is a lot of fun. Sounds great with stock exhaust too. The manual transmission is amazing. GT3 down to business and so much faster it's unbelievable. I must admit in town I enjoy the Spyder a lot more

There's a lower option black one on ebay/autotrader for $279k...I'm sure they'd take $269k for it.

That lava orange one is missing two key options: LWBS and PCCB. Both are a must in my opinion on the RS.

I can say this with certainty which no one will be surprised and has been conveyed on here before. There are quite a few Dealers who paid $50,000 over for cars that they were speculating they could profit from. It will be interesting how this all plays out.
I hope all those here who want one gets one at MSRP or with a slight upcharge that is acceptable. But - we need to understand that social media( being political) has aided a little in these inflated prices. I am not interested in arguing this point . You all are bright enough to figure this out.
Heck. if I had an RS coming and I starting reading this forum I would be licking my chops with the demand being driven here that I could make a decent profit
I said it - Open season i guess

Sitting as it is the GT3 has the greatest bang for buck at MSRP by a lot. It would be a total shame for Porsche to completely drop the model entirely. Where else could, within Porsche AG, can one buy a car for "So Little" and get the return on power? After the GT3 it would cost $30K more than the $159K TT 911 at 540 BHP, but you won't get the razor sharp handling like the GT3 and for $30K more and "Butt's too Smooth" easy driving characteristics of the Turbo Models. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with that. If I had to travel for a good 6 or more hours then please give me the keys to the Turbo.
I'm just grateful that Porsche offers a car for just about driving style. It's just that drop of honey Porsche will be offering in the GT2/(RS?) later this year or next. Depends on where and when Porsche unveils the GT2 since there wasn't a GT2 offered with the 991.1! But Porsche has been acting whacky lately when they released the 911 TurboS when they released the Turbo which happens to be counter intuitive considering Porsches pass timeline of releasing their Products.
