if my dealer is a representative guide, they they will be pumping out a large number of GT2RSs.

They have already received 7 allocations and I understand that most Porsche Dealers across Europe will be receiving between 5-10 allocations. With over 100 dealers across Europe, thats a lot GT2RS just for Europe. Easy to imagine 2-3000 worldwide.

Better question... To Weissach, or not to Weissach?

After all, it is a "must have" since it is the fastest 911 ever produced to date.

No WP for me, just don't like how it looks. Only big benefit is the Mg wheels and I can sort them later if I want.

I think I am a bit hung up over the wheels I have never liked those Manthey mags I think they look old fashioned in contrast to the GT3RS wheels which look bang up to date and suit the car far better also Mg wheels for daily driving will no doubt have issues in time...

I love the "Weissach RS" on the seats but I want the sport bucket reclinables and I'm not sure that you get them with the Weissach pack.

I may still tick the Weissach box (subject to allocation) but would have to store the Mg wheels, buy some relcinable buckets and remove the Ti cage.

Does anyone think there is any benefit to submitting a V070 demand? I am sure I could get my dealer to do that.

Does anyone think there is an advantage to submitting a V070? I am sure I could get my dealer to do that. I would skip the W pack as I like the solid CF hood like the 997 GT2RS and I would have it in black because of all the matte black trim.

Something like

So the most boring GT2RS ever ....

There's no downside to registering an interest, so I would.
Have always been of the opinion that there will be quite a lot of availability by the time full production numbers are evident.
PS..nice spec. All business!

I think Porsche uses that 070 number to plan how many cars they intend to build. That informal list the dealer keeps on his desk goes nowhere. It's contribution to production decision making is iffy, at best. Failing to create a demand code very likely means you will be faced with fewer cars to buy and bigger ADM,s.

See who benefits for leaving off the 070 process?
