Default Ride height measurement

I want to share my track setup numbers from my 991 RS, but where do I have to measure the ride height ? Anyone knows ? or have access to the work manual for a 991 ?

Thanks JB

I always measure to the bottom of the fender down the center of the wheels.

The measurement points are from the bottom of the chassis. If you have it done at a Porsche dealer the points are shown in their system. I would imagine a good shop would also have this information.

Location points for measuring ride height from 997.2 GT3/RS. Suspect 991 location points similar if not same.

Trakcar just posted some documents where you find the measuring points. I think unfortunately it involves removing the rear liners. But I might be wrong.

yeah, funny thing. I was just searching the net for ride height docs for 991 RS. didn't find anything so I posted my old 997 docs to the old ride height thread, then returned to RL and saw Peter's post.

timing is everything.

Default Tire Pressures

If you are going for an accurate measurement, I would make sure the tires are at the factory recommended inflation levels.
