The WEC RSR wheels are 13kg lighter than stock RS wheels, BUT double the price LOL!

Lighter by: 6 lbs each rear wheel and 5.5 lbs each front wheel.

OEM 991 GT3 RS rear: 29.4 lbs

BBS FI-R 21 x12.5 rear: 23.2 lbs (6.2lbs LESS!)

OEM 991 GT3 RS front: 23.2 lbs

BBS FI-R 20 x9.5 front : 18.4 lbs (4.8lbs LESS!)

I just got BBS FI-Rs for my GT3... 17.4 lbs Front and 20.5 lbs Rear for a total of about 26lbs less than stock GT3 wheels. Excuse the poor quality iPhone photos...

Perfection. The only worthy "upgrade" to the already awesome stock wheels. You want light AND strong wheels. FI-Rs, I would hazard a guess, r markedly stronger than the factory wheels. Best of both worlds. Thanks for sharing, GMG.

That's really good news. Manthey Racing told once in an article that unsprung rotating weight is equivalent up to six times the amount of sprung weight.
