If you're buying it for future collectability, the seats are extremely important. If it's just to enjoy and drive don't worry about it, but as a collector grade you have to have the seats.

I wouldn't buy another GT3 without the buckets. My .2 had the 4way which worked well for me but would not go back. My 991 has the buckets which I absolutely love and they look effing amazing.

The more I read into the OP internet, it's about "desirability"
With that said, a popular PTS color would have the most "desirability"
Not too many PTS GT3's out there and one could always swap out the sofas in favor of the LWB.
