As familiar as we are with these cars and the fact the PEC is only about 25 minutes from us, it would be no problem.

Interesting. I live up in Asheville have a basalt black metallic 997.2 TTS Cab and it's impossible to keep it clean with the intermittent rain we get in summer. It's not a DD but I think I'd drive it more if it had a mat or satin finish that wouldn't look so awful during/after a rain. Do you have any pics of of a metallic black car that you've wrapped with the satin wrap? Thanks.
