Default Ultraviolet GT3RS visited us. [shots inside]

We had the honor to work on an absolutely beautiful Ultraviolet Porsche GT3RS over the past week or so.

The following was installed:

XPEL ULTIMATE Paint Protection Film:
Full hood, full front fenders, front bumper, side mirrors, full doors, rocker panels, a-pillars, and rear quarters. Plus we removed the factory film kit and installed XPEL ULTIMATE in place. All of our pre-cut kits allow for wrapped edges, so where possible the kit was wrapped.

As usual with Porsche installations, we removed the headlights, and side markers in order to wrap the film over the edge, for a seamless installation.

XPEL ULTIMATE has a 10-year warranty that covers, yellowing, staining, cracking, blistering and delaminating.

XPEL PRIME XR Nano-Ceramic Window Film:
Front roll up windows, small quarter windows and rear glass.

We recently rolled out our Window Tint line during the 2015 SEMA show. The film we used on this GT3RS is our Nano-Ceramic tint that is backed by a lifetime transferrable warranty. No peeling, cracking, bubbling or turning purple.

Now for the best part!

A completed and finished picture outside in front of XPEL San Antonio

Here the installer is spraying the surface with installation gel, before laying XPEL ULTIMATE on the hood

The installer squeegees the film on the hood, starting in the middle and working his way out to the edges

The installer has finished 3/4 of the hood and is now finishing the right side

The edges of the film will be wrapped shortly. Be sure to ask you installer for this, so you have a seamless installation and the ultimate protection

Here we are removing the factory clear bra with steam. Then we apply XPEL ULTIMATE to the entire painted panel.

Here the front bumper is nearly half way done being installed

We installed a pre-cut XPEL ULTIMATE kit on the fender of this GT3RS

We installed XPEL ULTIMATE on the fender, and now the edges are waiting to be wrapped around the headlight buckets

The mirrors are now protected with XPEL ULTIMATE

Our precision designed computer cut patterns cut every edge and circle perfectly. That means no tedious trimming around parking sensors and tow hook covers.

The door of this GT3RS is now fully protected with XPEL ULTIMATE

Installer is nearly finished installing XPEL ULTIMATE on the door

We also wrapped the edges on the door to prevent damage

Here the installer is fitting XPEL ULTIMATE to the rear quarter; the pre-cut kit also covers the rockers and A-pillars, so there is no need for a seam

Here is a finished close up shot of the rocker and fender

XPEL ULTIMATE is a virtually invisible paint protection film

We cannot get enough of this beautiful Porsche GT3RS!

This vehicle is nearly fully wrapped minus the roof, wing, and rear bumper.

Mine looks the same. May be the best clear bra install I have ever seen.

If you are looking for a very good Xpel installer PM me. Live in the North Shore and have been thru it all. I have no affiliation other than making sure you get what you want, done right, and a good price.

Amazing work on such a beautiful car. Question when you have to trim, how do you do this without running a razor on the paint?

This entire car was installed with XPEL pre-cut kits. They're designed to fit every panel like a glove.

Some installers prefer using a bulk piece of film and installing then trimming the film by hand with a olfa knife. It takes skill and precision, not to mention patience. Its all preference of the installer and the customer.

We do have a few installers in the area, you can send us PM of who you used, and we'll try to make a recommendation for someone local to you.

my installer didnt wrap the edge of my hood and now the engines are all chipped from stones. Guys make sure to tell your installers to wrap the edges of the hood. I am absolutely frustrated by this.
