Default Finally got my Lime Gold Metallic GT3 back

Been in the shop for 3 weeks. Car was tinted, new 3M decal work, splitter replaced, bypass exhaust, pedal box installed, and tires replaced. Unfortunately the bronze HRE CL40 did not fit, they tried and tried as mention to me by a Rennlister that it would not fit. I sold them wheels at a massive loss. Oh well such is life. Here are some pics.

The wheels were built for a 997.2 2011 GT3, I canceled the order because of a production delay and bought a audi r8. The wheels are HRE CL40 10x20 fronts and 12x20 rears. Just didnt fit. They tried everything.

Nicely done!

Question- are those KI Studio stripes?

I have KI and was told they couldn't be wrapped around the back duck tail.

Yours looks great.

Enjoy!

Got it. You mind sharing how much you paid?

Also...what made you go this route vs the kits from KI?

Too bad about the wheels...I still think you should go for the bronze wheels with another set..... I think it would look sick!

I would but to paint this color would cost me another $850, and a new set of wheels 7-9k. The boss (wife) would be very angry. Especially now that I am planning my daughters 1 year bday $$$$. Best case is to paint the stock wheels, however, I always want to have at least 2 set of wheels. haha
