With blue sky multiples as high as they are right now, it is a great time to sell.

Gee Sorry to hear , Sure hope the P team there is good and can carry on under new name.

Wasn't Brumos the first P dealer in the country ?

Was keen to stop by there one day , guess that is now gone, Bummer the History Couldn't be passed along

Hopefully the Brumo's museum will survive. Cars with a lot of history there. I was told deal with Fields does not include the museum. Wonder if the museum owners will just decide to liquidate it, in which case we can expect future auctions To include a lot of P cars with great provenance.

You are right, Dan had the first N American import agreement with PAG.

Wow! That's bummer news. Sorry to hear that. Everything eventually comes to an end. What a legend Hurley is though.

Wow this is right up there with Vasek Polak. Sad day indeed. Hopefully the new owners are determined to keep the history and keep the Brumos name and motorsports teams as well.

One of the Brumos employees is on the Early 911S website.
According to him, Dano Davis (think Winn-Dixie supermarkets) sold 7 "Brumos" dealerships to Fields Automotive group. Does not include the museum or the Brumos name/trademark (which will remain with Davis). Dealership will be renamed Porsche of Jacksonville per PCNA agreement on new (non-grandfathered) dealerships.

Again, this is from current Brumos employee and may be subject to change, etc.
I will be stopping there after Christmas to get some of the last Brumos swag.

Excluding the Brumos name from the sale makes me believe another act will follow in which the
name, reputation and skill set of past associates will be very useful. Hmm.....
Perhaps a long-overdue new Porsche Dealership in America's "Home of Auto Racing" International Speedway, Nascar and the Rolex 24, Daytona Beach, FL????

Spence Great Concept , per capita factor many be better in Jax. ; however you now have mega auto dealer row along 95 in Daytona so certainly could support a P store given some others belief for there invested interest .

Was just at Brumos yesterday .
I essentially heard more or less the same as what Bill said. Fabulous team at Brumos. I certainly hope they all stay there under the new management. Would be a great loss for the Porsche community otherwise!
