Default 991 GT3RS "most perfect, most elusive 911"

Good morning Everyone,

Surfing today's internet news, I found this article about 991 GT3RS, being the "most perfect, most elusive 911.". Of course I am biased as I am a lucky owner!

I wouldn't agree, but it is a sick car. Of the modern 911's, it's the RS 4.0 for me.

I am huge fan of the 997 GT3RS 4.0, and without a doubt a "COLLECTOR's ITEM" indeed!

After 67 cars in my lifetime (incl many P and F cars), I am in love with my 991 RS. It is virtually perfect

A little GMG work on the exhaust side along with some suspension adjustment and it just runs great. Its a keeper (for life).

PS. Yes a 997 4.0 is on the wish list!

I don't know about that... looks like an off-road vehicle to me! Much prefer the base GT3 look and stance. ;D

Anyone catch this little tidbit in the article? Don't know what to make of it:

"So too will this be the final GT3 with a naturally breathing engine. The 4.0-liter flat-six makes 500 hp and runs up to a raucous 8,800 rpm. Torque is 338 pound-feet of torque at 6,250 rpm. In other words, the meat of the power comes into the high revs, and the sound behind your head becomes ever more alive as you hold onto the gears."

The RS, if you have seen it up close, is not a pretty car. It is an intimidating in your face "I will kick your ****" stance and that has a sort of liking to that.
The GT3 is prettier and I hate to admit it the GT4 is the better looking of the GT cars.

I disagree, I think it's the best looking 911 ever. Maybe not a '73RS. I love the aggressive look. It makes my Turbo look tame.
