If I lived in that environment I'd run Mobil 5W50. Doubt a dealership will stock it, but it's the factory fill for 997 GT2s, so they might. Ask, or order from Amazon, and provide. Many dealers use Porsche approved Penzoil 5W40.

Cool. I'll just ask dealer if they have in stock if not, I assume 7 quarts picked up on my own would do the trick. I believe Walmart stocks 5W40 Mobil 1

Walmart does not have that Mobil viscosity (only in Turbo Diesel), nor the 5W50.
