Why would you ask them to keep the PDK? That's a given,it's not going away.
I also din not imply you were asking not to bring the manual back,my point is we need a choice.

As much as I love to row my own gears, I can't see myself getting a manual gt3. Manly cause the pdk is so much faster and no money shift to worry about above 9k. I would also believe it will be even better on the .2
As much as I love the PDk I still want to row my own gears. To me it is an Art that one just wants to Master and it is still more engaging than PDK. It may be a lost art but still my preference.
For the track PDK without a doubt. For back road driving MT is my preference. Thing is GT3 is not a particularly excellent back road car at least on UK/NZ roads.

i think we should point out again:
nobody wants MT only.
but to get the choice (0€ option) is what the people are asking for.
all the magazins will get PDK-press-cars. so: no problems with lap times.

Well, I hope you are at least 1/2 kidding. The LA Auto show is a big deal for product display and brand promotion. California accounts for a huge number of the Porsches sold in the USA (use to be over 1/2 but I don't know the current figures) so it is important for Porsche to promote and show everything they are doing. Besides auto shows are notorious for leading promotion by showing you product you may never have a chance to buy...

My point was in my previous post : there will be more RS allocations. You will see. Stealers and flippers want you to think there won't be so that you can enlarge their pockets paying premiums.
