PDK clutch oil and transmission fluid change?
So, the owners manual says that the PDK clutch oil should be changed every 48k miles and the transmission fluid every 96k miles.
The track manual doesn't say anything about changing the frequency if the car is used on track.
Any thoughts on how often to change based on track use? This is probably a useless question since there is no solid info out there (I think), and most opinions will be gestalt based than factual. However, it might be worthwhile to discuss? I'm curious if those like manifold and trakcar who already have thousands of track miles on the car have decided to change any fluids at this point?

I can't say anything from experience, but I think it would be prudent to cut those intervals in half for a car that's heavily tracked. You are actuating far more gear changes and getting the fluid far hotter than you would on the street.

+1, I change my oil after two track days or 2000 miles. Error on the safe side and sleep at night.

Not a GT3, but I change my 3.8L 981 PDK track car's transmission oil every time the engine oil is changed (about 4-5 track days) and I'll do an annual clutch/PDK services at least. This schedule is a result of hearing a bad shift at the track in August - pretty much bang on the 1 year market for the PDK.
It's a bit like buying insurance - I prefer to pay more on maintenance to avoid destroying track days.

Fun fact - a Porsche RSR in the GTE-Pro class covered about 2800 miles during the 2015 24 hours of Le Mans. A race where you are at the rev limiter at top speed for over 300 times.
Some considerations:
1. The PDK's transmission fluid should outlast any manual transmission car because there is no human factor to wear out synchros and add metal into the oil.
2. The PDK's clutches take the most abuse in traffic. Only from a standing start do the clutches have significant slip, adding friction material into the oil.
My personal opinion is that clutch and transmissions fluid changes every few k is overkill. But if it adds peace of mind, then I'm sure it's more than worth it.

If you want to look at the motorsports intervals it's 30 hours on the gearbox for a 991 GT3 Cup. It's such a different transmission you can't compare the two though.

I know a mechanic at Porsche who worked in motorsport and he is saying the same thing : service the car twice as recommend!

I just asked my the lead service tech at my dealer that question today, he's knowledgable and he said he would get back to me. I'll post his response when I get it. It's a very good question.

Your dealer is probably going to call one of the local shops that support club racing like Speedsport or DeMan. My car is maintained by Speedsport and I don't know their set schedule as I pay to have a tech at the track when I'm running the car. If I feel something is off, they plug in and take the readings and we decide a course of action.
It costs me about $100 extra to do the transmission oil when they're doing the engine oil, so it's really such a small cost I just do it anyway. A typical day of fuel is $700 to $800...
