Geaux Tigers is right. That is my EMBA buddy on the far left and his wife in the photo of the truck. It is an old beer truck they converted into a party bus and use 2 bread trucks on each side to set it up right. Behind are some huge tents that they set up next to Tiger Stadium.. the lasers bounce off the top. If there ever was a Porsche 911 to be called Purple Haze the GT3 RS fits the bill.
On another note I met my buddy at my old dealership group and we took a '09 R8 out for lunch.. too old for him but I bought the '11 Spyder when we brought it back sight unseen.
Best wishes ppl.. in Louisiana I realized every Executive has a great party to attend every weekend somewhere... great people- come visit death valley if you ever get a chance. We can all visit Purple Haze.

It's raining this weekend and ECR has asphalt, concrete, sealer, highly unpredictable in the rain so I may not go but run to MSR instead. Let's meet there Saturday?

Thanks guys. As of now, the car has pre-bedded AP racing's 2-piece J hook discs, Ferodo DS1-11 pads and Akrapovic full race exhaust. Over the next two days, it will have the GMG LMS roll bar, Cantrell substrap bar, Schroth harnesses (I decided to not cut the passenger seat, so 6 point driver and 4 point passenger-I rarely have passengers), and alignment. I'm going with -3'00" front and -2'45" this time, because of the 20 mm wider rear tires in the back. Soft front roll bar, rear stays mid until I get comfortable with the car and see if the rear needs to be tightened or not. Xpel to front section and double Xpel rear section that gets pummeled. Also painted rear reflectors and clear side markers. Radar detector, tint and backup camera next week. If all goes according to plan, I will pick the car up Wednesday night, try to break in 500-600 miles before tracking Saturday at ECR (Eagles Canyon Raceway). Exciting times.
