That house for sale in central ohio belongs to one of the JEGS boys...theres quite the car culture around here, not cali but pretty good for midwest

This is my favorite garage very nice - i've thought about doing a floor like this in mine - what kind of tile is this? Black Granite? Does it hold up well? Reminds me quite a bit of what they use in most Porsche showrooms...

Closed on this yesterday! 3200 sq ft. Big plans for the transformation, which is going to cost about twice what I estimated!! Anyway, let the remodel begin!!!

Just in time

The tile used in Porsche showrooms is quite expensive. I was able to find it at about $10/sqft IIRC. I also used ceramic tile but went with a lower cost alternative in a similar gray colored product. I bought mine from buildirect.com. The biggest drawback is that it requires periodic mopping, particularly to remove dust/debris that comes with the car after driving in rainshowers.
