Same here...trying to buy the house behind us to build a garage on the property then rent out the house....however, MY wife thinks its a great idea!! Option B is to build a new house on bigger property with much bigger garage...but neither of us are in the mood to move...

I am about to break ground on my 2700 sq ft garage in my back yard, I bought the lot behind me many years ago and i am excited to make one compound out of it!! Attachment 1074099
