This has to be like 20,000 sq feet from my estimate.

i assume you are waiting on gravel, the height of the footer suggests lots of fill gravel needed. how thick are you pouring the concrete?

LOL you asking me as if I know anything about construction engineering

i just said i need space for approximately N cars with the lift at the bottom level. architect drew up the plans and here we are. the coolest part about the garage (aside from lots of glass in the ceiling) is that the ground level floor be done in glass in the center (very thick glass you could drive on). this way you actually will get sunlight all the way down into the lower level.

will post more pictures as progress is made. estimated time to completion is about a year from now.

Pretty nice, anonymous. Pretty nice. Even puts Bond villains' underground lairs to shame. And I suspect you have more combined HP than the rocket too.

This is fantastic!! Thank you for sharing with us but you will not be anonymous for long. Based on the tree types and soil composition in the pictures, you will be located and identified pretty soon Cheers!

Awsome garages. Mine is what my wife defines as organize mess.
It has gone out of proportion to be honest. How ever we have a new project in the pipe line that will provide a new home for my cars and the family.

You should start a new post to update us on your progress. Can you share some renderings? My son is about to enter college for architecture. He will flip on this! Awesome!
