These are so awesome. I will definitely fix the ceiling, post the porsche decor, and paint it gray, and match with the new metal closet I got. Keep them coming. They are gorgeous. How come no one has a bed in garage just in case wife says sleep in the garage? hhahaha

I love this pic because it makes perfect sense to me. If my wife saw it, she would ask "Why does he need two of the same car?"

Rebuilt the old (1868) carriage house that had been under attack by termites. It now has central heat with air exchanger to manage humidity and fumes, running water, etc. It was designed to fit 6 cars on the floor or 8 with lifts with a 6" reinforced concrete floor and 12' ceiling. Pics mostly from build three years ago, except for the last one, which is two weeks old and, hence, a little more dirty...

Thanks guys. Phil, it was a garage addition. It was a bit of a challenge as I was limited by a setback. Basically I added a third garage door, with the addition extending along and behind the existing garage.
Here's an animation of the design from the exterior: https://vimeo.com/72125406 |
sorry no cool "completed" pictures yet - my garage is currently under construction... anybody can guess what the hole is for in the middle of the last picture?

Having a hard time seeing what's going on here. What's the whole burm for around the perimeter? Or is the picture all a lower level? |
