For projects like this, we usually ask him what his good deal of the day is on Porcelain tile. He usually has something he is trying to sell or something he bought a railcar full that is a good deal. After all, it's a garage, so it doesn't have to be the nicest designer stuff out there.

So insulation is being finished today, sheet rock starts Monday and paint will follow. All while the cedar is being put on the outside and then stained. Floor will be poured the second week of May and I’m moving all the toys into their new home. Can’t wait. I’ll share more pics once the carriage style garage doors are built.
