That looks larger than 400 sq. ft. (or 20'x20' square)! Are you sure?

I've got a mid-80's "build them tract homes as fast as you can" SoCal house with a 19x21 garage and it's nowhere as close to as large as yours..... not sure I can fit my tool drawer unit and the RS length-wise together while still closing the garage door (as you have done).

Very sure. When I bought the house it had no finished walls or ceiling so I did a lot of work. Note that 20x20 are the dimensions of the floor and the walls are on concrete feet so I suppose it adds about 4" in each direction once you get 3" off the ground. The roll up door is exactly 17' wide. I planned everything out using a 3D modeling software. It's cozy for sure and parking needs to be precise. The Volt is exactly 15 feet long and the 997 is 4" shorter. The work bench and tool chests are only about 24-30" deep.

Thanks much! I'm going to re-measure this weekend once I'm home. LOL!

Thank you....just need to get my 997.2RS back home

Initial lift design is done, finalizing for production

Two individual platforms, both PLC controlled with overheight / underheight sensors

No hydraulics, no cables....chain driven with a safety latch when in resting

Cheaper than buying two more parking sports in my building

I wanted it custom built so the post were out of the way of my wife hitting them. Hobby lifts were too flimsy for me

Will post pics in few months when done

Garage is almost complete except cabinetry, art and maybe 2 lifts so I can get 6 cars in here. Time to go shopping for cars!

No one has any tools or parts. Even if you are not going to use them, just get a giant snap on box and stack some random parts around the garage.

Yes, that is porcelain tile. 18x36" pieces. Cost me about $1.50 a sq ft. or $1500 more than epoxy. Tile is cheap in AZ though.

Need to go buy a tool box now so I can look like I work on these things. haha
