went with tile floor in my storage unit. PEI 4 rating with higher COF. In the 30 x 55 unit, they used 17 bags of leveler, then put the Mapelastic crack isolation layer down. Then they back-buttered every tile. 1/16" sandless grout with sealant. End result is I can drive on there with no problems. No cracks. Even do maintenance no issues. I lay down some rubber coin mat (http://a.co/d/dXZQOsF).

I’ve been in the site tonight and just couldn’t find as much Porsche based stuff like the 917 one you have .any recommendations on how to best search the site.

Thanks

Tile is the way to go IMO. This cost me approximately $7.00/sq ft installed and this wood design doesn't show dirt or tire tracks. Very easy to maintain.

Ummmm....let's talk about other things beyond tile. The tile looks great, now for some more shots of the garage and cars. Any interesting stories to go with the cars and garage?

Here are a few of the outside. I will post more interior tonight. Each of the 10 bays in the detached car barn is 42 feet long so 20 cars. The attached 4 bay garage is 25 feet deep so 4 cars there. The covered area on the car barn is for washing.

It has been a while so I'll do some more searching but I found a guy on ETSY that cut it per my specifications.
