I love this thread! Makes me feel a bit poor but love the creativity of some of these garages.

Lots of photos. But I thought of this. My former 2011 997.2 3.8 GT3 RS chasing my former 2011 997.2 3.8 GT3 at street speeds having a fun fall day in NJ a few years ago.

The new garage space is almost ready for business. My space is 30'x55'. Was going to build mezzanine but I have champagne taste but money for beer. So going to hold off for now.
As soon as I close in a couple weeks:
Big *** Fan
Rotary 2 Post Asymmetrical Lift
Interior Walls for Storage and lighting
Stacked stone on exterior storage walls with Barn Door
13 High Bay Lights (in addition to those provided)
Painting the black pipes and electrical conduits white
Tile Floor (PEI 5)

Thanks, we did agree to a deal and the house will be ours in about 2 weeks. The Garage is in the final stages of design, we are down to to the little details now. As I noted it is not a fancy/big garage, due to lot size limitations. Yea no fancy cars, unfortunately, mainly due to local road conditions, but they also have a 30% import duty on most cars. They do give you a big break on the import duty if you go electric, so it could well be my frist EV, a Level-2 charging station is in already in the Garage design. The island is only about 30 miles long and 15 miles wide, so an EV will be fine. I’ll post the final architect drawings, and then pics of the actual built garage when able. Water Toys are indeed being looked at

I love both cars. Very different but fast and both have their strengths. However, the GT3 991.2 has few if any weaknesses. After taking delivery of the GT3 I have had a hard time getting back into the Z. The P is a manual and the Z is an automatic. The best of both worlds.
