Hey fastmd, you're the first to actually show your "cleaning lady".
Great collection of cars and your garage, OMG

OT Question: I see the MT plate, and I think that I know why. Can you point me to a good place for business registration or an attorney.... I have gone down down from 40 cars and I am hovering at 12 now and creeping up as I am also starting my "big" shop project and will have room.
(PS: For the longest time I kept an investment home in OR with no sales tax/minimum registration fees/etc. But after 10+ years and 1 speeding ticket I had to clean up my situation, enough on that).
I will send you a PM of the group I use. They are very helpful. It works well for me as I have several cars that won't pass emissions here in NJ.

Mind sharing your tile

I am still waiting for stone top and bottom - my dog is starting to think it's for her.
No problem, I can send you the company link. They are in Canada. It's porcelain tile, that is ADA rated slip resistant, PEI 4. It is absolutely true to measurement, no bowing etc. My tile guys who have been doing this for 40 years could not believe there was not 1 broken tile in 10 pallets and every tile was exact.

The price is incredible.

Wow, love the new garage fastmd. Great choice of flooring, not just durable but also beautiful. Looking forward to future pics as you finish it out.

Haha ... Thanks tried to go for your look especially that hangar door but had to match % of the existing which is all stone built for the Worlds Fair.

Believe it or not St Louis was the 4th largest city at that time. Three dogs love the lunch leftovers from the workers.

I would most likely not be allowed to do the hanger style doors on my Calgary home, it would not get past the local HOA exterior committee, aka the design *****. But in my BC summer home build, the locals are not so fussy, which is very nice. So I am able to put in a single triple wide door, the door will be be about 30' wide and 9-10' tall. I hear you on the dog/worker bond, I think during a greenhouse addition we did a few years back, the dog gained 5 Lbs.

LLCTLC.com is a good place to start looking at holding corporations.

Not worth the savings and my state charges personal property plus sales tax. Po Po no like it's also my understanding in an accident it's a can of worms ... also a flag higher chance of audit that won't pass. Too much risk for reward my .02

Back to todays rainy day progress
