It has begun!!

Alarm and cameras are installed, ceiling is now black, dumpster has been delivered, office/lounge and baths are mostly demoed, cabinets for wet bar have been purchased...

My sad new "garage" in Manhattan at my building. Room for two and surrounded by concrete supports so no one can get any other cars near it. I need to give them notice to clear a path for me but it's worth the wait to get a double spot in city with barricades around it. Oh, and electricity for trickle. Amazing what qualifies as good garage space in NYC. It was funny because the garage manager started to under-sell and steer me away from the spot I was asking about due to advanced notice/difficult accessibility. We weren't understanding each other. Finally, I showed him a picture of the RS's: he gave me a thumbs up and said "perfect spot!"

Noe I'm ooking for a place outside the city and either a 3+ garage or room for one is must-have!
