I am not sure, I think they are just plain lights in there. It is terrible lighting for trying to detail cars in there, you can't see any swirls.
The building is an ex VW parts distribution center in MI. I don't think they changed anything over since he bought it 20 years ago.
I thought I had a picture of it, but we put in one of the Big *** Fans in last year. It is amazing how well that works. I highly suggest them.

All lighting except Gulf sign is LED.
The Big *** Fan was discounted 30% based on competitive bid. There are other providers out there and Big *** wants the business so shop around.
Shot from outside is through a screen so lighting is dimmed down some.
