Thanks.

Have used it on commercial - crazy certification third party expense but given it's residential might be a few less costly steps.

What are the budgets for some of these garages? I realize they vary greatly but trying to get a rough estimate as we're beginning to plan our next home in Seattle.

Some of the garages you guys have are amazing. I'd be embarrassed to put up a pic of mine. It looks way more 'lived in'. My question... Do you guys with these immaculate garages have like another 'real' garage for all your regular garage ****? (rakes, shovels, bikes, lawn mowers, snow blowers, torpedo heater, trash cans, leaf blowers, weed wackers, gas cans, snow / summer tires, spare lumber, saw horses, etc...) I WISH I had a place for just cars & tools. Where do you guys put all that stuff??

Let's just say they will be upset if Trump get rid of undocumented labor.

LMAO. I wonder the same thing. they are a few square feet of my garage which doesn't have **** in it. Wish I could have a separate car garage.

This is one of my Garage/Hangers. Total floor space is about 4000 sq/ft, 3000 on the main floor and 1000 on the mezzanine level.

How is that considered a garage? Wish I could say that's mine. What a beauty.
