I added a little more lighting and a new 2 ton minisplit. Tired of sweating like a mad man in the garage when working on the cars.

[QUOTE=fastmd;13679512]I have Montana plates on some of my cars. But, if you are ever in the NYC/NJ area let me know, you are welcome. I live in NJ for some stupid reason.

I just went through the same thing down at my new shop in Paso Robles. It was a 900 sq' addition to an existing 3 car garage and the best quote I could get for epoxy or polished concrete was half again more. I went with Swisstrax and I don't have any association with the company. In truth I haven't installed it yet. But it has a lot of advantages as far as I can see; no risk of media failure, easy to replace. That was good enough for me. The fact I can install it myself (and maintain it) was just gravy. Ask me again in 5 years, but on spec, it looks like the most economical choice. Just an opinion. Scott. |
