Nice spot Sir! I have an S2 along with 2 other bikes and contemplating a 4th. I suspect the owner correlation with GT3's is high?

Recently bought a house and just finished re-doing the original garage (circa 1940s). Insulated, air conditioned, pine walls, epoxy floors. Lista cabinets coming in the next month.

Nice work by the way. Beautiful Picture. I mainly do custom homes.

They all have garages so not totally OT!:p

Nice designs. I put off the ARE for years because I thought it was 90% jumping thru hoops and 10% knowledge...but we all comply eventually.

Architecture has a very high job satisfaction percentage, for those who survive the cycles and stick with it.

I graduated in a recession, all my top classmates went into tech instead and did very well for themselves, the lesson of timing.
