NEED HELP! About to break ground behind my house on my 3000sq ft garage. I need suggestions on wall and ceiling panels, I have a spider and dirt dobber problems where I live and I do not want to do sheetrock. I was going to leave the ceiling open trusses, but feel long term will not be wise due to cleaning difficulty, walls will be 12' high....advise please!

Just curious, why no drywall? Not sure if you have code requirements to meet but you can always use a gypsum wall board material and clad it with almost anything. The fire protection is a nice thing to have. You can use an exterior grade gypsum wall board like densglass if you are concerned about moisture and mildew.

It's a good idea, affordable, indestructible and works with magnets. This is one of the conference rooms in my office with it on the left side. Countersink the fasteners, butted joints, wax finish and it looks clean.
