NEED HELP! About to break ground behind my house on my 3000sq ft garage. I need suggestions on wall and ceiling panels, I have a spider and dirt dobber problems where I live and I do not want to do sheetrock. I was going to leave the ceiling open trusses, but feel long term will not be wise due to cleaning difficulty, walls will be 12' high....advise please!

Derek, I think that you might need to expand.

I would add insulation to all areas for temp control, then cover with something? Sheet rock does act as a fire brake.
