Check SPA. Now they load cars on transporter. Fun track, but not that big challange vs Nurburgring. Wet 1.5 days. Last half day dry. God luck on the ring👍

Did some 25 laps today. We started a bit late because of the weather and the track was wet until 16.00.
The AutoSport trackday ended for today at 16.35. Did 6 laps in partial wet on the tourist driving after the trackday:
7.57, 7.49, 7.46.
What a blast after all the wet driving! The car is amazing!

Here a 4x4 stance picture from Mondays tourist driving (Is it a GT3 RS or a Macan RS, I can't tell...) :

This was a great day that ended with Jörg Bergmeister walking by my table at Pistenclause. A lot of Porsche AG people on site and 3x918's parked outside. Guess they did some VIP laps on Nordschleife. Track closed but suddenly 3 918 show up...

Did my best lap ever 7.34 BTG and had fuel left for one more lap and decided to drive the car in soft suspension mode (wanted to see if it felt better all day but forgot about every lap): went out and did a 7.28(!) starting from parking.

The 7.34 was a on the fly lap doing 270 kph at the bridge but that lap got compromised by 8 overtakes. The better lap was just two overtakes.
Funny thing: Almost made a mess of it in Flugplatz when driving with soft suspension. The delayed turn-in made it interesting...

Will post video when on better internet.

I'm been complaining how the RS is SUV-ish in the Nürburgring setup so here's a more RS like stance:

Yes, and 18 today. Had a long break during lunch (Took the exam for german national A-license so I can drive RCN on the Nordschleife next year (If I dare) ) and there where no Touristdriving in the evening so fewer laps today.

The faster you drive the more laps you can do

Hardcore, more laps in a day then me in lifetime.

Crazier is that I unfortunately inherited a place with parking for 50 track cars 3 hours from the Ring and even closer to Spa.

I'm doing this all wrong!!!

For those who wonder: Two days of wet driving the fenders looks pretty clean.

The mesh in the front fender is removed.

I see no reason to leave them in.
I have been driving in a lot of rain and no spray, not more dirty..

Surprising.

Definitely.

I've done some off-tracking too and that also worked well.
