Easy to deal with, easy to bind a policy and from a few recent mishaps, we know they pay without BS.
I'm very happy these guys are around to support our hobby :-)

I told them to send me a windshield banner LOL.....
Their international track coverage is only available when you buy the full-year track coverage correct?

I am not sure, I have had their annual policy for 4 or 5 years and just added it on.
I also added liability...As ad-on's the options are reasonable.

Did someone say ED ???

Hey guys thought I would chime in and say hi!

I'm a little quiet on the rennlist front these days but follow this and the 997 GT forums. I own a 997.2 GT3 and I'm on the list for the next generation RS whenever that might come about... Missed out on the 991.2 regretfully

I was fortunate enough to be invited along to join Trakcar in 2015 for 2.5 weeks of euro delivery bliss! We had an amazing time, bouncing from track to track, smashing out hundreds of laps and meeting many amazing people along the way, many of them rennlisters. It was bucket list stuff and the laughs and memories will last a lifetime. The blue flagging at L'Anneu Du Rhin, nearly running out of fuel in the middle of nowhere somewhere in the middle of Germany in the middle of the night, chasing down some Porsche engineers in another purple RS, the autobahn blasts day and night, not to mention the endless antics on the track as a fearless wingman/navigator

What's more amazing is that in 3 weeks from now, I will be on a plane, flying half way around the world to Stuttgart to join Trakcar and redo 2015 all over again, bigger and better! We don't get the pleasure or the option of even ticking the ED box back here in Australia so to be given two opportunities to be part of this is mind blowing... I will be forever grateful for the opportunities presented

Look forward to sharing some of the laughs and adventures with you guys, look forward to meeting a few of you along the way too. Bring on the 29th!

Cheers
Chris

FWIW: I asked OpenTrack if they would have me as customer:

"Hi,
We are currently working on our international expansion. Hopefully later this year we will be over there. But for now you’d need to have a US address.
Sorry! Appreciate you reaching out.
Ben"

That was a great time, Chris!! I am thrilled to have been invited along with a friend's GT3 Touring factory delivery in Leipzig April 9th and to see Trakcar and others at Spa and Nordschleife. Great that you are taking one of those endless flights again!! Hope to see you!

Cheers,
Grant

Sounds like an awesome time! I'll be picking up mine on the 29th, as well...1 hour after Peter.

Oh hell yeah, especially for this Porsche ED noob! We're really looking forward to the 3 weeks with the car...not quite your 3 months, but still excited!

Will we see you in April Kobalt? Are you doing any of the days with us?

It sure was Grant! We had a blast! The flight is the only thing I'm not looking forward to... Long and boring

Seems we both get some navigator duties. I will have to fire up the PS4 and re-learn NBR and Spa again Look forward to catching up again in 4 weeks

Anyone have a preference Ledenon Circuit and Nogaro Circuit?
Should I change plans and do Ledenon instead of Nogaro?

Same for my Val de Vienne Circuit plans, there are also track days the same dates.
