If I was Porsche, I'd provide every new model RS to Trakcar and cover his costs of touring European tracks for 1-2 months with it (hotel, meals, gas, fees, pads, tires, service, etc.), He'd probably agree to do it for free, too. Could think of many worse ways to spend their marketing money.

Couldn't agree more.
Thank you Peter for sharing the journey. I've been living vicariously through your adventure. Appreciate all the info on Euro tracks, how you're navigating (and learning) as well as valuable feedback on the RS handling and set up. Information we could never get from Porsche.

Continue safe travels. Have fun!!

Henry, glad to see you are on the mend. I put my lotus on its roof (not as bad as your car) and it is surprising how quickly they can flip if they hit a burm.

Trakcar, excellent work. I am sure we would all appreciate a consumables tally when you are done.

Made it, but had to slow down a LOT when it rained.
1000Km on corded tired, a lot of it in rain was tiring..

Weather looks iffy but let’s hope it stays dry

No, a group of us was there together in 2015 And it snowed...

But then cleared for driving and the requisite Skittles shot:

Weather looks nice and dry for tomorrow, so hopefully no snow line needed this time

I haven’t looked at my video’s yet from 2015 but I will tonight.
I don’t remeber the complete lap, I just remember it as one of the most challenging tracks I’ve ever had to learn.
Took me 3 sets of tires in 4 days the last time.

I only have two days this time around, hopefully it will come back to me.
Crazily enough, I remember my laptime of 1.28, it was a hard fight to get there LOL

Cool track indeed - more or less my local one (only 3 hours drive). Very short, but as you say very technical and not always obvious what the fast lines are.

Nice to see the skittles pic.. Funny, as of next week the only car still with its owner will be Purple

No kidding - I've never figured out a track less in my life
