So nice to meet you guys last weekend at Spa and today at the Ring! 🙂 It‘s been a real pleasure to get to know some of the faces behind the posts here. Really nice conversations!
Impressive driving at Spa btw.! ~2:35‘s in a stock RS without cage or harnesses is pretty damn quick!
Really look forward to the next time in May! See you soon!

Just because it’s a long one, here is the 1 fast lap.

The N2 compared to the N0 are not that far apart in performance, but the N2 lasts longer, I have been unable to terminate my one and only set of N2s.
Do you have FAL or not? I have made 5 adjustments to ride height (3 of them major) along with 3 different alignments, going for a 4th alignment this week. There is no need to touch the factory ride height in the back, I was battling understeer despite of a front softest and rear stiffest WP sway bars, proper camber and toe settings. Once I went back to stock rear ride height, the car became loose, but I can fine tune from where it is now. At the front I went down 8mm on the shock tread, which is maxed out for a 991.2 with FAL.

We found the N2 to have more grip on the edge as in when driven on the limit as compared to N0 and by a long margin. For comparison we were only able to match 2.40s on fresh N0 that we were achieving on destroyed N2s... On longevity the other obvious strength of the N2.
To date we have made no adjustments to ride height, rake or alignment. Car completely as delivered other than a check on alignment machine to see what base values were. It happened to be very neutral straight out of the box 🙂

Pretty sure that the N2 are much faster.
We went to the Ring last night, it was a little busy but fun.
Got black flagged for going to fast passed a yellow flag while they were loading a car on flat bed.
That was stupid to do, so deserved. Yellow to me is slow and safe, no passing but slow here means 80Kmh.
Lesson learned, hopefully they accepted my apology.
Will try again tonight and behave. In traffic we have gotten to below 8:00 BTG so we can go 7:xx but irrelevant as there is still so much to learn after 40 laps of Ring, 26 in 2015 and now 15.

Belgium police stopped us to compliment us on the car and to check out the weird License plate.
And we went to check out Manthey. Thats next level race team, race shop. I need to move here for the summers.

Was great putting faces to avatars and (nick)names. Glad the marshall’s decision was clear in the end at the ‘Ring too.
Had a good laugh with #bbbf...
See you guys in Zolder probably.
